dnsfox.com provides managed web hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Managed WordPress hosting
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection
- Malware scanning and automated removal
- Automated backups and restoration services
- Auto-updates for WordPress core, plugins, and themes
- Built-in file manager
- SSL/TLS certificates
- In-depth monitoring
- Free site migration
- Technical support
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Engage in phishing, spamming, or fraudulent activities
- Host adult content, illegal content, or copyright-infringing material
- Conduct DDoS attacks or network scanning
- Mine cryptocurrency without prior written authorization
- Resell services without an authorized reseller agreement
- Use excessive server resources that negatively impact other customers

5. Payment Terms
Billing: Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
Renewals: All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are prorated for annual subscriptions canceled after 30 days.
Plan Upgrades: When upgrading a subscription, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining term of your current billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
Plan Downgrades: When downgrading a subscription, the prorated difference for the remaining term will be applied as account credit toward future invoices. Downgrade credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
Multiple Subscriptions: You may purchase multiple hosting subscriptions under a single account. Each subscription is billed independently according to its plan and billing period.
Late Payments: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended. A $15 late fee may apply to payments more than 10 days overdue.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all plans, measured monthly. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.
Scheduled maintenance and downtime caused by factors outside our control are excluded from uptime calculations.
7. Data and Backups
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your data. While we provide automated backups as a courtesy, we strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups.
Backup Retention: We retain daily backups for 30 days. Backup retention periods may vary by plan.
Data Deletion: Upon account termination, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Property: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by dnsfox.com and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to our systems or other customers
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNSFOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dnsfox.com from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
