- Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
3. Permitted Activities
You may use our Service for the following legitimate purposes:
- Hosting legitimate business, personal, or organizational websites
- Running web applications, APIs, and services
- Hosting WordPress, PHP, Node.js, and static sites
- Storing files and media related to your hosted websites
- Sending transactional emails (receipts, notifications, password resets)
- Limited marketing emails with proper opt-in consent and unsubscribe mechanisms
- Development and testing environments
4. Resource Limits
To ensure fair usage for all customers, the following guidelines apply:
CPU and Memory
- Processes should not continuously use more than 50% of a single CPU core
- Memory usage should stay within plan limits
- Long-running background processes must be approved in advance
Bandwidth
- Bandwidth is unlimited for normal website traffic
- Streaming video or audio hosting requires Enterprise approval
- Large file downloads should be optimized using our CDN
Email Sending
- Limit of 500 emails per hour for transactional emails
- Bulk email campaigns require advance notice and compliance review
- All emails must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations
Database Connections
- Maximum of 50 concurrent database connections per site
- Long-running queries (>60 seconds) may be terminated automatically
5. Intellectual Property
You must respect intellectual property rights:
- Only host content you own or have permission to use
- Comply with DMCA takedown requests
- Do not host pirated software, media, or warez
- Respect trademark rights in domain names and content
We respond to valid copyright infringement notices. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action:
Warning
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and require corrective action within a specified timeframe.
Suspension
We may immediately suspend your account for:
- Violations posing security risks
- Illegal activities
- Resource abuse affecting other customers
- Failure to respond to warnings
Termination
Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund:
- Multiple AUP violations
- Criminal activity
- Attempts to compromise our infrastructure
- Failure to remediate issues after suspension
Content Removal
We may remove specific content that violates this AUP without removing your entire account.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately:

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Protect the safety of users or the public
9. Monitoring and Investigation
We do not actively monitor customer content, but we reserve the right to:
- Monitor server resources and performance metrics
- Review logs for security and troubleshooting purposes
- Investigate reported violations or suspicious activity
- Access customer data when necessary to enforce this AUP
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to registered account holders

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
